Payment not completed

You probably arrived here for of one of the following reasons:

  1. You were unable to log in to your PayPal account
  2. You do not have a PayPal account and wanted to check out as a guest but:
    • Your card payment failed, or
    • You could not find the way to check out as Guest. PayPal is known to hide the option to check out as guest for some users if they have used their email address to check out as guest many times or for ‘security reasons’.
  3. Your ticket is to be paid for by someone else, such as an agency.

Please complete and submit the form below so we can complete your booking. Until payment is complete, your booking will remain ‘pending’.

We can send you a PayPal invoice. This may allow you to pay without a PayPal account even if you were unable to do so on checkout.

You may want the invoice to be sent to a different email address. If you failed to checkout as guest, using a different email address may be more successful.
