For those who book after the joining instructions have been send, you need to:
- Log on to MailChimp
- Look for the late booker in our mailing list.
- If they are not in the list, add them as a new entry and include them in this years attendees group and record sign-up permission as Event registration. If they are already in the list, add them to this years group and record sign-up permission as Event registration.
- Send them a copy of the joining instructions email, editing your name to theirs.
If the event is on Zoom and someone books after the Zoom link has been sent out, you additionally need to send a copy of the link email.
