Most bookings will be handled automatically. For each, an email will be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
If someone opts to pay off-line, the booking will be marked as unconfirmed. The attendee will have been sent an email advising them how to pay by direct bank transfer. Once payment has been received
- navigate to the booking record, open it in edit mode
- add the amount paid and click on ‘add off-line payment’.
- The attendee will receive confirmation of this.
Monitor pending bookings as required.
